Accessibility statement

Compliance status

The website nego-retail.it is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements of WCAG 2.1 level AA as set out by the EN 301 549 standard and the AgID guidelines for digital tools.

The partial compliance is due to the non-conformities listed below, identified during a preliminary self-assessment. The statement will be updated after the formal audit.

Non-accessible content

The following content may not be fully accessible. The list is subject to verification.

• Possible insufficient colour contrast on decorative elements and accent colours.
• Animations and transitions that may requireprefers-reduced-motion support.
• PDF documents linked from the footer (Code 231) whose accessibility has not yet been verified. Privacy policy and cookie policy are no longer PDFs: they are pages of the site, with the same semantic structure as the others.
• Demo request form: behaviour with screen readers and error message handling to be verified.

Assessment methodology

This statement is based on a self-assessmentperformed by the Digi Unit team, revised when the website was migrated to the current static platform (Astro). The accessibility audit will combine:

• automated analysis (axe DevTools, Lighthouse, Pa11y);
• manual checks with keyboard and screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver);
• heuristic tests on contrast, semantic structure and navigation.
